True, but people get all kind of viruses (how appropriate) when they go into dirty sites. This way, if mum asks them what site they are on, they can always say "just looking at Amazon books mum" and mother walks away pleased as punch that their child is keen on literature.

And as others have already pointed out, the book itself has not acted and thus nothing has happened.

If someone acts based on the advice meted out by the book and runs afoul of the criminal code, then they will be prosecuted accordingly.

Just as if someone, in accordance with biblical teachings, killed their bride after discovering that she is not a virgin, we would prosecute him for the perpetrated crime, and leave the "Holy Book" alone.

It's really as simple as that.

O gawd, I am not checking out the sex toys thing; my Amazon page will be disgusting. Thanks for your persistence in explaining it all Sonist, I understand what you are saying, even if I dont like it and dont think it is a good thing. Uhm..., righteous indignation and insults notwithstanding, the topic actually centers around whether a book should be removed or banned based on its subject, or based on how much public opposition there is to it.

The actual subject of the book in question is ultimately irrelevant to the discussion.
