Questions about ipad apps

What apps will come preloaded on my ipad (if any)? Would the apps be different if I bought the ipad in Canada as opposed to the United States? and if I bought an app that streamed tv shows (I think I seen one called ABC or something like that) would it work with wi fi in Canada?

Notes, Contacts, Calendar, App Store, iTunes, Safari, Maps, Photos. Youtube, Video and "iPod" are what come preloaded on the iPad. I don't think it's any different for a Canadian iPad vs a US one.

I'm not sure about your other question, though I'm guessing that it won't work (licensing issues et al).

You can't use the ABC app in Canada without some tricky setup like paying for a vpn service. There is one Canadian tv streaming app I know of from Citytv which works well enough.
