I am sorry to have disturbed you. On the contrary I think that is one of the most beautiful purses that I ever touched. If I consider the animal side of it than this it is not a purse that I would buy.

What the heck, I just ordered two -- one for me and one for my mother. TMI follows here:

Spoiler:
She's almost 90, and I had a terrible time a couple of weekends ago trying to help her pee in that little cup in the emergency room, when she was already woozy and sick. I think maybe this might help in the future...

When I travel abroad, I usually take a kind of 'travel john' with me (somewhat smaller than on the video), so I don't have to walk around in the dark, looking for a toilet with my pocketlight.(creepy crawlies, ugh)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dSOHb-k2Kc

That's one of the things that makes my purse bulge:
Today I finally cleaned it out :
gloves, paperbag, plastic bag, little bag (cloth)
litte bicyclepump ,
lots of keys I don't need,
wallet, toiletbaggie with lots of junk,
also a small pocketlight
tape-mesure, peppermints
more peppermints
spare glasses,
umbrella,

and yes........no phone.

Ah, but if you had an ANDROID phone, you could get rid of your tape measure and your flashlight...because there's an app for that, um, those!

There doen't seem to be a compartment in my head that is able to deal with complicated phones. I can only understand the basics, and charging the phone isn't one of them.

And to think I explained the iPad to my 92-year old mother-in-law and she's tapping happily away; took to it right away; looking on Google-earth where she was born etc.
But we told her (as Itunes is linked to our creditcard): don't push any ' buy' or ' OK' buttons.

Excuse: where has the topic of purses gone?

All the talk of purses here;

Got plenty ideas from this forum now.
And my byciclepump was a tight fit.

Ha! Yep when the kids were small, the bag was huge. As my boys have grow, my purse has shrunk (thank goodness!). I finally just got to the point to where I told my family, "I am not a pack mule! If you bring it, you carry it!"

To tell you the truth; I did look at Oberon's site for a new purse for my birthday in december and noticed they have my Kindlecover Red wild roses, with the same pattern as handbag. Have to wait for it as a gift, as I'm saving up for the Black wild roses cover and am totally broke.

Now THAT's what I need. A TARDIS bag. Something borrowed and blue. :-P

Wife keeps signaling me that Hermes in Montenapoleone is accepting advance booking for Kelly bags. It takes 2 years and some moneys. She would not mind one of color cognac. She suggests as occasion her first 50 years. She needs that as I need a hole in the head. I divide my male "friends" in those that know and those that do not (the lucky ones).
Those that know are divided in those that do not care and in those who worry. Those who worry in those who cave in and in those who stand up. Those who stand up will regret it sooner or later.
Wife is adding that cognac leather is the must of the musts. I.E. category: I cannot live without.
I need support. I am almost caving in. What should I ask in return?

There are times one doesn't want to have to keep track of a bag of whatever description. (One of my biggest peeves in life is the proportion of womens' clothing that lacks pockets.)

Just give it to her if you can afford it; it's only money. She'll remember it for a long time and will love you for your lovely gesture.

BTW: i'm also someones wife.
