javascript on Sony ereader
I'm considering buying a Sony Reader. Besides reading books on it, I would like to use it to run small homemade applications written in javascript.
From reading the forums, I understand there is a hack which allows javascript files to run on a PRS-505. Is this also possible on the PRS-650? Is it possible to somehow open an html-file with embedded javascript on the PRS-650? Would I be better of waiting for the PRS-950 (which has a browser that supports javascript)? |

On 505 it's javascript language, but it has little to do with what you have in browsers and there is also no html renderer.
Have a look at the test environment by Mark Nord for homebrew scripts for Sony readers. |
