Actually I've watched it and it is perfectly fine, nothing to worry about.

It is a tribute to the Lancaster bomber aircraft and the brave people who crewed it (one of whom, incidentally, was my Grandfather).

Every year in may or september, American and English veterans come to my town Nijmegen, to commemorate the militairy allied operation Market Garden, which took place in 1944. They liberated our town.

The veterans are getting old and very frail now. They always get a lot of friendly nods and respect when they walk around in uniform with a breastfull of medals.
I didn't live at that time, but I always greet them with respect, as they fought and died in a strange country.

They used to do parachute-jumps, but aren't allowed any more because of their age. Here's a video from one of their last jumps.
