IMO there are several things being lost sight of here but this -- freedom of the press, freedom of speech and the laws around it as well as other applicable laws such as slander, but also being lost track of is the difference in saying something and doing something. I'm seeing the same misconceptions over and over again. No one has told Amazon they can't sell the book. Amazon decided to pull the book because its presence has negatively impacted their sales.

It's about time they did and I am thrilled to bits.

Amazon has not yet properly removed the book. It still shows up if you do a search for it even though there is no actual listing. Amazon, you still have more to do to remove it.
