				Wow PRS-650

Having had the PRS-600 since last christmas, it started misbehaving over the last month or so. Sticky page turn buttons, screen fade in sunlight and strange battery performance. Add to this the screen reflection/glare annoyance, I had become somewhat fed up with it.

So I emailed the retailer, had a moan and asked for a full refund, which they gave me. After some thought I decided to go for the PRS-650. And I can't believe the difference in the screen clarity. It really shows how bad the PRS-600 was. But one question, I read that the 650 was able to display fully justified text but all the books I've put on it aren't. The right hand edge is not justified. |

I have some library books which are fully justified. It depends on the formatting in the epub file. If you want, you can open the files in Calibre and change the formatting yourself. There are lots of threads here about that.

, I think you beat me to that Anyway, I managed to apply full justification to the DRM free books using Calibre. Presumably the DRM stuff appears as it was initially created and the 650 doesn't do it automatically. |

I dont think its DRM so much as just specific epubs... you could strip the DRM and trick them out to do what you want, if you want to take the time.

If an ebook does not show full justification on your 650, it's because the ebook itself was not made to support full justification.
