Question about pocketbook 302
Hello! I am not a new user of pocketbook (I have one since a year ago), but today, suddenly, it is stuck. I connected it to my laptop, a little bit urged because I needed to verify I have certain text in it for this afternoon, and in the hurry I made some mistake--perhaps pressed a button without giving it the time to answer the previous order--and now it is stuck with a sand clock permanently in the screen. It doesn't move. If I try to reboot, simply shutting it off and on, it returns to the sand clock. Does anybody have a suggestion? Thanks in advance.
