Spoke and wrote and email to Cust Sv early in September concerning the clearly wrong dimensions and received a number for the inquiry from Sony. Never received a follow up. Give up on Sony Customer Sv. It does not exist, and their return service is very slow. Too Big to Fail.

I contacted Sony via email regarding the inaccurate specifications of the PRS-950 on their website. They responded the same day, via email, informing me that the specs on their website will be corrected this coming Sunday, October 24, 2010.
