Heh, perhaps, but nothing I order from meritline or dealextreme, etc ever gives a worthwhile shipping notification. They do eventually arrive though.

IF the items were to arrive, I would not expect them to arrive until next week.

I can't even file a claim. It totally vanished from PayPal / eBay. No record of the auction. No email from eBay regarding the auction. Nothing.

Maybe it's because I didn't pay immediately. I went in 2 days after winning the BIN auction and all history was totally gone.

I'm actually upset eBay didn't communicate with me about this.

I used to buy and sell stuff on eBay but no more They've gone totally downhill in the past few years. They offer no real protection for buyer or seller. Their fees are outrageous compared to what they used to be. PayPal, while originally innovative, is a money-sucking black hole. They apparently think that they own your money and they determine when you can have it and when you can't. I'm done with both of them. Corporate greed triumphs again.

Ebay has zillions of listings and at least 10%-30% of them are scam. They are not going to waste their time on every claim, explaining you details. The max you ll receive from them is just a commonly generated computer response. If you can file a claim through PayPal just do it. NOW!!!! But in this $45 scam scheme that Chinese smart dude/gal can just send you an empty box and it will be trackable through EMS mail. Once it delivered to you, boom

, your case is closed and you will have hard time to prove you received nothing.
