I stress a lot, mostly due to how I handle situations.

I had an ulcer surgically removed at 19 followed that up with another ulcer after my first marriages failure and subsequent divorce. Not good really. So I lose myself in my model kit hobby and/or have a good read. My wife really helps when I need time out. Love my lady! |

Doesn't sound like a lot of fun (the ulcers, getting them removed). I'm fairly sure i've developed some lower intestine ulcers from a series of gastric-dumping events induced by stress. So long as I eat well things are fine, just don't give me McDonalds,KFC etc. Fresh live foods such as salads, lots of fibre, limited coffee intake and a good dose of exercise are what I must live by.... and avoid watching late night TV where all those "medical" adverts are flooded onto the stations (strangely I can watch Scrubs). Finally, very glad to hear you've got a supportive wife - I know without mine I'd have been in tremendous trouble as of about 16 months ago. Paul |

It's funny how youth think that age will never happen to them. |

How can you tell that you're getting old? You have different doctors for different body parts. Stress at getting older? Not really. If you told me you were going to turn me back into a teenager THEN I would have anxiety! |
