Just watched a few hundred geese fly overhead to land in an adjacent field where the farmer intends to install 3*300 feet tall wind-turbines.

These geese arrive annually and are almost a month early this year - the eventual count will approach 4-5000 feeding and flying around the same field until early spring.

Do you think that means that winter is coming early?

Will the wind turbines affect the geese?

You'll have to keep us posted on the wind turbines! I've heard an uproar of complaints regarding these, well..., from the people who have to live next door. I missed the chance to visit a wind farm this past weekend.
