You come to appreciate the theraputic properties of it enough to ignore the smell, in fact you come to start feeling calm in the presence of the smell (sadly that doesn't work for other smells :sigh: ).

I'm not a huge fan of chamomile on taste but it does help me keep my head on straight.

What temperature water are you using? 208-212 works best. Normally I steep my whole flower chamomile for 5 minutes.

The difference between bagged and loose chamomile is amazing. The loose is sooo much better.

I am currently drinking a pot of Rooibos Vanilla.
