1) Went to the dentist today for a filling and between the gas, Novocaine, and self-hypnosis technique I employed, didn't feel a thing after the initial two shots of the needle.

2) Had a great conversation with the receptionist about her 3rd generation Kindle.

3) Got a great laugh out of this post.

Out of the train, before going to work, I bought a pair of gloves in the little old shop were we all buy them since ever. Got lost in the maze of little streets in the old roman/middle age town, took a wrong turn and found myself in front of my old high school. Time travel.

As I was late because of the gloves we had a stuff lunch meeting instead of the formal one. My telephone was dead so nobody could have disturbed me (I could count this as one more).

Coming home, i felt asleep on the train and passed my station. got out on the next and found a friend, professor of anthropology, of all things (I suspect that she is so friendly because she thinks that I am a case). She waited with me for the first train that took me back. She approved of the new look that I am thinking to organize now that I am almost as slim as I want to be. I might do it for real. Why not.

1.Woke up (always a great surprise) when hubby brought me my coffee.
He is such a good man, that I tell him that he deserves me!

2. Lots of birds nattering in the garden.
I always imagine them laying plans for the day.

3. According to UPS my new K3 should arrive today.
I will never, ever, grow out of being excited with new goodies.
