I have a zapper with a range of about 100metres. If you catch someone in the act, you zap them. They get a shock through their phone, and it freezes their mobile phone for 2 hours.

I get where you're coming from now; initially I got a frustration vibe as if you were expecting a lot more in terms of performance.
