Not sure if it is the novelty of my new reader or what but I was reading a book a week before the reader and now it is closer to 3 a week. Perhaps it's the convenience, perhaps it will taper off.

I assume a lot of people on this forum have had this experience.

I fall in the 50 to 60 books a year group. On top of that I'm moderator on two online forums and monitor 5 others. The Sony Reader has been a real good investment for me although I'm chapped at the prices Sony Connect charges for current novels. An example, Clive Cussler's newest is on sale for around $26 at Sony and $15 at Costco in hardback! Where is the justice?
For sure, if Sony wanted to "grow" their Reader Connect Division they'd negotiate deals for the books as Costco has done.
The primary reason I've switched to Reader Electronic books is my desire to downsize the physical size of my library as I move to a smaller home.
