Yes, I do occasionally Google my actual name, mostly to make sure my website comes up on top. But I too have a couple of doubles. One is an orthopedic surgeon somewhere in the U.S. Another is a singer/conductor in Great Britain.

Here's another scary thing to do. Google your TELEPHONE number.

When I google my "real" name (GraceKrispy), a bunch of my posts on two different boards and my blog come up. When I google my "work" name, nothing comes up (unless I google first and last separately).
When I google my "other" name, turns out I've written a few published articles, I am a sex offender, I've been interviewed for a story on C-sections, and I play a lot of high school basketball. (only two of those things are really me, as far as I know)

I once considered registering a domain name based on my forum name, but that was taken already. Other than that I haven't been very curious.

I haven't googled my real name for a while, but in the past I was surprised to see how visible my few Amazon reviews were.

I'm not aware of any homonym (same family name and given name) active on the web, but I used to get regular visits on my website for the keywords "artur artmatic". Artur is my last name, and Artmatic is a graphics software that I used a lot for a time, and therefore was heavily represented on my site. Obviously someone makes regular searches on these keywords, I wish I knew why

This has been going on for years, although the visits are less frequent now.

I seem to have about 144,000,000 results for "dreams"... I must be in there somewhere. Or is it only in my dreams?

If I google my full name, two given names & two last names (I'm Hispanic), most of the first page list references about my work. Then there comes people who shares one or more names with me.

If I enclose my full name between quotes, there are 3 pages about me. It seems nobody else shares my full name.

If I google my stage name, almost the first pages are about 2 famous Brazilian footballers, and there comes many other people of Portuguese descend. It seems that Falcao is a common lastname there.

Depending on how I search, I appear to be a photographer, track star, guitarist, author, internet consultant, and a host of other boring things. I didn't find one cute picture of my true doggieness. The intarnets is just all wrong.
