Greetings
New to this world, but have a question right off the bat. I have an Amazon Kindle and wish to view a PDF formated file. So far I can only see that I have to send the file attached to an email to "Name"@kindle.com but there is some indication I have seen that kindle can read PDF directly. Tried to drag and drop a test pdf to my kindle, but no luck. Any constructive suggestions?

You should be able to just 'drag and drop'. You are putting it into the documents file?

Welcome to MR! Hope you got your issue worked out. Wish I could be of more help, but if you're not able to "drag and drop" it...I am at a loss. There are folks much more tech-savvy than me on the Kindle forum though :-)

Hey all Thanks for the kind Welcoms. Yea in Saudi if its not hot and humid its hot and dusty. Humidity can be as much as 80% and it sucks. Being origionally from Canada where we had the snow and rain.
Figured out my ODF issue. I can simply drag and drop onto the kindle, however here is some infor for those who wish to try an test. Open up a microsoft word file on your computer first of anything you want on your kindle. Then change the font size to 15 Ariel. Save this as a PDF and then drag and drip into the document directory that exists on the kindle. Font size 16 and above is easily readable. anything less is not much good on a single page by page look.
