Karma-per-message ratio

Just for the fun of it, why don't we compute our Karma per Message (KPM) ratio?

As you can guess, the KPM ratio is easily calculated as the division of the karma points you have and the number of messages you've published in the forum. You can see both values in the upper right corner of any post of yours.

In my case, 7907/1196= 6,61 KPM

Hmm... I remember a thread (or two) from a while back playing this same game.... I'm too lazy to find it though

Sometimes the issue's clouded Logseman. For instance, many do as I do and make a point of greeting every new member. It means a higher post count, but there's no karma for making the welcoming gesture so the post-karma ratio doesn't always accurately reflect a standing member's full input. Cheers. Neil

Ah, that was one, but I thought there was one even before that.... teaching everyone how to do the karma/post ratio and then telling people to post.

AHA- found it! Nope, the one you posted was first. This one I posted was the first one I remembered though!

Of course, I was -very- lucky and managed to become "karma enhanced" right at the start by a pair of nice long-term members.
