Please, explain the context that means he does not really hate them, even though those verses say he does.

Hamlet doesn't claim to be written by an omniscient being with a perfect message for all mankind.

I don't mind being slapped by the book. I don't feel that he justified his point. He needs to choose one episode from the bible and go into it in depth as to what was happening... so forth. Just choose one episode. The longer you peer the more interesting it becomes. And maybe you'll start to understand something of God's method. Only something mind you.

Did god hate Esau, or not? He claimed to hate him. Was he telling the truth, lying, or mistaken?

The other possibility is that the bible claimed God said that, but the bible is wrong, attributing to God things he did not say or do.

The bible is as deep as an inflatable pool for kids compared to the universe. And peering into it is the equivalent of focusing on one point in the street while driving and smashing against a wall because you weren't looking at the whole picture. This is really the easiest way out for someone to ignore inconsistencies and contradictions in the bible "Focus on one passage"... yeah, right!
