Thank to Valloric for creating Sigil.

Currently I use Sigil 0.2.4 on Mac OS 10.6.4. Sigil works very well*!
Just a quick question*:

When I use the Sigil’s button to centre some text.
The text is centred in Sigil, but on my iphone, it is not centred in Stanza ?

It is centred in Apple iBooks App But not in Stanza.

Anybody knows why, please ?

It sounds like a problem with Stanza.

Does Stanza have an option to force full or left justification? If it does uncheck it and see what happens.

All the texts are to the left and have the same size

Interesting, I guest this kills any formatting.

Well I'm officially out of ideas, good or otherwise.

epubcheck isn't necessarily the conclusive check.

just try the book in a few readers, way better.

The ebook.xhtml file is trying to include a stylesheet file that doesn't exist. What that file doesn't exist I've no idea. Perhaps it's a left-over stylesheet call that Sigil doens't know enough to delete.

I recently installed Sigil 0.2.4 on my Windows XP SP3 desktop, and although the installer seemed to work correctly, whenever I try to run the program, I get this message:

"Sigil.exe is not a valid win32 application"

I have looked through some of the older messages on the forum, and I installed the Windows C++ Redistributable package as mentioned above. (First uninstalling Sigil, then installing C++, then re-installing Sigil . . .)

Still have the same problem -- Sigil won't run and I get that same "not a valid win32 application" message.

Any ideas as to what I should do?

Thanks.

Make sure you download the correct version, as there's also a 64bit version which would throw up that error.
