Today I went to answer your question and the option on the tab was missing for me, but that was because this is my work machine and I hadn't yet upgraded to 0.7.18 on this machine. But If I understand you correctly you can't even see that tab at all?

It might be time for the Bat Kovid signal.

When you click the arrow and select "Create..."
you see a window. At the top, there are 2 tabs
ther are tick boxes at the lower Left on that tabs view

What is the Kovid signal; a lower case c? Whatever, it worked and I found it. Thanks, Kovid. I've been pasting a CSV into a Word template with pages the size of my JBL screen and using Adobe Acrobat to make a PDF of it. I'm running it right now on e-Pub to what comes out.
