Adding a "read" column
I saw a post or two about adding a "read" column in Calibre, however I'm not at all clear on how to go about doing it. Is this a "tweak"?

Loving Calibre...if I have any complaint it's probably that it's too flexible and I'm overwhelmed with all the options.
