grey background?

Hi

I was trying calibre and it is very impressive, but I have a problem with the news.

After configuration and select pdf output, calibre serves the file with a with a grey background, and I don't see any option to delete this colored background and get only a white one (no colour).

It is pretty annoying.

any idea?

that's what happens when the content on a PDF page is less than a complete page. No way to fix that, that I know off.

If you convert to .rtf and then reconvert to whatever your preferred output is it usually works
or convert to txt, this always works but loses some formatting sometimes.
