Congrats - still waiting for a shipping date for my Kindle 3.........have stopped looking at the Amazon Store as I have already spent £200 on books in my head at least

haha... it was a very long day for me indeed. Sadly we out in the boon-docks and UPS doesn't get around until 8pm....

DXG, I love it... it is a bit heavy but still as heavy as carrying around a full size hard back

I guess it is up to the psycho-therapists at Amazon to salvage this human wreck.

In the meantime I have been reading on Kindle for PC and it isn't all that bad, actually. Not something I would like to do in the long run, but for shorter spurts it is ok.

I'm having to make do re-reading books I have re-read several times before.........it's a bit like watching repeats of favourite Star Trek episodes - when you can almost lip sync word for word......kicking myself for not ordering on launch day.
