at least overnight. then gently rinse off in cold water and see how you feel.

I know it is one of the most horrid feelings in the world, but this really helps. leeches the toxins out

(it'll dry so you're not leaving goo everywhere)

Thanks soooo much for your help! Going to look for the toothpaste. I have a ton because they changed the flavor of my favorite toothpaste and I kept buying more, but couldn't find any others that I liked either. Well I finally did find one, but I couldn't bear to throw the the other tubes away. I wonder what flavor I should use?

good luck! after your first nettle experience you can spot 'em from like a mile off! you might want to stock up on tree oil (WONDERFUL for bug bites, rashes, burns and so on) or calamine lotion or bactine
