Upgrading firmware from SD or SDHC card bigger than 1G?
Hello,
Can anybody share experience with me about upgrading the Hanlin V3+ reader? I read on the chinese web that i should be upgrading from basic SD card 1G size formated to 16 FAT?They are hard to buy these days and seems like a bit waste of money if i want to use bigger card later or faster SDHC 4G or bigger. Isit possible to upgrade the firmware from SDHC card of bigger sizes like 2-16G? thank you for answer D. |

No problem with my own 4g, 16g should be no problem.
Recommendations to buy micro SDHC(tf card), you can use in a variety of devices |

Buy a sd card slot, tf card inserted in the slot.
Mobile phones, cameras and other devices more and more use of tf, tf therefore have an advantage Last edited by wap502; 07-08-2010 at 08:51 AM. |

Technically 4G cards are SDHC and should always be formatted in FAT32. If you look around a 2G or less card can be found for about $5 and would be preferable. I suppose you might be able to partition a 4Gig card. Make the first partition 1 G and then format it FAT. 1G or less is the preferable card size for firmware upgrades on the V3.
