I have the same forecast for the next 7 days: Lows of 76 F, highs in the mid-90's F - every farking day!

Stopped walking outside - dug out the indoor stepping machine. Finally too muggy for me - made me sick to walk outside.

Just slow -- in work clothes (jeans, shirt) but I do put on my walking shoes. About 2.2 mile loop around the business park where I work -- some hills. Fast enough to work up a bit of a sweat.

I sometimes take my Sony or Kindle along and read as I walk That slows me down a bit more than without, but kills two birds with one stone!

I remember read walking as a kid. Used to like it.

The 7 day forecast is high 90's every day, but they said it will probably be triple digits in scattered spots. Humidity is enough to boil an egg on the sidewalk.

We are planning on spending the day at the indoor pool at the rec center. No walking any farther than the car!
