@ Dalwyn: that's my understanding too, so long as you authorise the account first and the devices too it rather than just one account.

I too have only one device so far so haven't tested it.

Heh. My wife has a bad case of gadget envy - if she sees something even slightly interesting electronic-gadget-wise, she Must Have It. She got a Nook; the larger size doesn't bother her, as she keeps it in her carpetbag of a purse. She's quite pleased with it, as she likes the audio capability of the Nook and has been listening to music and audiobooks as well.

Now, if we could only get past that pesky problem of ebooks bought at a different company's site...

Just wanted to provide an update. Gave my wife a Sony PRS600 for her birthday. Was able to authorize it on my account and load books I had purchased for my reader.
