Occasionally having an issue with Moon+ Reader (Book order related)

Hello,

On rare occasions, a book that loads fine in Calibre on PC and ReadEra on the exact same phone (downloaded to simply test the issue), has issues when opening on Moon+ Reader. It is also a really weird issue.
When using the TOC to move to lets say Chapter 1 puts me 3.6% into the book. This is fine. But 7 pages in, where according to both Calibre and Readera an image should be, followed by the rest of Chapter 1, it skips to chapter 2. Leaving a huge chunk of Chapter 1 missing.

And even weirder, at the end of the book there are some bonus illustrations, which should be only 3, but Moon+ Reader says this "chapter" is 633 pages long, and contains the entire book. However it is in multiple different font sizes, so I can't really read it. And like I said, this doesn't happen on the same device on ReadEra or on the original Windows PC on Calibre, leaving me completely baffled on what it could be.
I have tested this on 2 separate android devices, and it happens on both.

Hoping to receive some assistance here as I would really like to continue using Moon+ Reader.

I did the following that didn't work
Epub > Epub conversion
Disabling CSS in Moon+ reader

I did the following that did work, incase anyone ever has this problem again and stumbles upon this topic
I converted the book in calibre from EPUB to AZW3, deleted the epub one, then converted it from AZW3 to EPUB, and deleted the AZW3. Now the book loads fine in Moon+
