Book Check Missing - Reset Panels?
I seem to have misplaced the book check segment of the editor; whether I turn it on or off in View, it doesn't appear, and starting a book check does nothing at all. (This makes checking books rather hard.)
Is there a way to reset the layout? |

Second Monitor? all the child windows with x in the corner are dockable. It may have un-docked
You might test (make a backup of your configuration folder FIRST) this is brute force reset. Calibre not running. in the configuration folder. rename tweak_book_gui.json and then see if it returns. (restore file if no joy as you lose all customization to the Editor) |

Yeah, that fixed it. I do have multiple monitors, so the undocked window probably got lost in monitor-space, somewhere.
