USBNetwork help

I do not want to bloat Developers forum, so I suppose can ask here. Fresh owner of rooted PW3 (thanks BD). So I installed KUAL and various handy apps. USBNetwork as well. But have not idea how to connect my Win7 laptop with Kindle over Wi-Fi. Any help please? |

Then: go to usbnetwork in KUAL unplug USB cable click "allow ssh over wifi" click "restrict ssh to wifi" click "toggle usb network" if you cick "usb network status", the bottom of the screen should say SSHD is up (usbms, wifi only) In order to get the IP of your kindle, you may use KUAL Helper+ button "show network info" Then you use whatevewer you want from Windows (putty, cygwin, ...) to connect with that IP with user root and password mario HTH, Nix

(You can also ask in the actual USBNetwork thread.) Quote:

One hint: On our index page, set the prefix filter to 'tutorial', press 'show threads'. Page through that thread listing looking for things SSH in their name.
