Plugins not visible on main tool bar

I'm using the latest version of Calibre, and no longer see the '>>' on the right of the tool bar, which allowed me to see other plugins for which there is no more room. Does anybody know what can be done about that? Also - is there a way to make the icons on that tool bar smaller? Thanks!

Some plugins may be outdated and have become disabled (suppressed from menu)

Preferences: Look and feel:Icon Size ?
or do what I did, Move them to the secondary toolbar for things that always apply to the Library (view) Items, freeing up the main TB that changes when devices attach.

Or use the Favourites plugin - as a container for not often used features

Thanks both. Making the icons smaller did the trick. And I'll look into the secondary toolbar option if I ever install more plugins.

I second the use of the Favourites Plugin, customize as you wish. Combine that with a customized Right-click context menu and the top toolbar doesn't seem so important. See attached for examples.
