Solution for "cmake cannot find Qt4"

Hi.. In windows I was trying to build sigil. With the guidelines give above, if i use command prompt to use cmake(using visual studio compiler), the cmake command gives error "Cannot find Qt4..... " like that. So when i tried it with cmake gui itself(using visual studio compiler again), it generated successfully..

Hope this helps for other people facing the same problem.
