html to MOBI: TOC question

Here's what I'm doing: I'm converting pdf files to docx (using Adobe Acrobat X) then editing said docx files and saving them as Web Page (filtered). Then I convert them to MOBI with Calibre. Everything works as it should except TOC created by Calibre.
Chapters in Word look like:

PART I
Chapter One
Chapter Two
...
Chapter X
PART II
Chapter XplusOne
Chapter XplusTwo
...
Chapter Y

PART I and PART II are level 1 and the rest are level 2.

The TOC I get from Calibre looks like:

PART I
PART II
Chapter One
Chapter Two
...
Chapter Y

Why is this happening? Should I change something in filtered html file? Or change some Calibre setting?

Have a look at the TOC tab in the conversion settings. You'll most likely have to change the level 1 and level 2 chapter detection XPath to accurately describe your TOC.
