How much are you willing to spend? Readers to consider are the Kindle 3, Sony PRS-350 and 650 (I think they have the two-volume Exford English Dictionary and the Oxford American English Dictionary built in, as well as 10 bilingual dictionaries), the new Pocketbook models and the Nook.

I think you might be able to pick up a Sony PRS-600 for that price. If you live in the U.S., try calling a Target to see if they have them on clearance.
