Ok, I've finished the second one, but still no results. I don't know what's going wrong because I certainly didn't overheat this chip.

Ok, I'll try to track down a Different source to get my Ceramic chip caps, I was pulling them out of a 10 year old CD player and they have got to be the weak point. I'll track them down this weekend since I'm going to be away from my soldering station anyway.
