Blue? Canada has yet to offer this choice! What gives? If I order an blue one
from the States would I get one..once again I smell dicrimination....or perhaps
the powers that be realize that Canadians would be finally achive the height of beauty
and intellect. sigh...I could actually use the actual height, being under 5' which do
you think makes a person look taller blue or silver??

Not really as it's a little joke that members use to have fun with each other. If you note the various member signatures, you will see some of them.

I see that i am not permitted to have a signature. What are the requirements for a member to be able to do that? I have searched the FAQ and it is not mentioned anywhere

It's to do with the number of posts you've written - see here for a discussion of it. I think there are others too, but you'll have to wait until you've posted more and then it'll be available in your User CP.

I asked the same question just last week and after only a few posts I found the "edit signature" was available in my profile section.
