Any luck with this on the newer FW ?
I successfully patched 4.43. (unfortunately I can’t go lower since the new Clara BW p365 is too new.)

The result is either a „unauthorized“ error during the linking step (same as when you enter that Dropbox url in the browser) or just a blank screen. Also the config file gets rewritten everytime I sync.

Grab the patches for 4.38.23429 that I posted and see if they work. The patches are Windows only because the only the Windows exe has been updated for this firmware.

I believe the patching itself should have worked. The patcher did not throw errors, and other patches confirmed to work (e.g show all games). That was on MacOS btw.

I realize the result in this case was just that the entries Dropbox and Gdrive did not show up. I also tried the nickelmenu way, and that threw the unauthorized error I was talking about above. Even kobocloud is not working on this FW.

ok, so it actually is working. What I had to do apart from the changes to the config file was logging into a kobo account on the device.
