Updating to the latest JB Hotfix is it possible to upgrade the firmware to version 5.16.2.1.1 and keep the jailbreak? I'm currently on 5.14.2

For anyone interested in upgrading, it does work! Remember to reinstall the jb hotfix and Kual after the firmware upgrade using ;log mpri and that's it. For some reason using the install instructions for the hotfix did not work for me.

Is it possible to update the KUAL COPLATE?
I have the kindle paperwhite 11 signature.
I have everything very well with KUAL and KoReader.
But I'm afraid to update the article.
I had a similar case to while ago. An update appeared and I proceeded to install directly on top of it and my kindle pw 11 signature died forever.
I don't know how to protect the operation so as not to be left with a brick.
The thing is that the KUAL-f190a38-20240104 is more current than the one I have installed.
I have two PW 11s, one signature and one 16GB.

Nobody knows? I can update the kual directly or I have to reset my kindle, it already has KUAL and everything is correct without problems, but I am afraid of being left with a paperweight.
In this process another kindle was blocked without being able to revive.

Both 0x971 (russkie_it above) and 0x9B3 (mine) are present in kindletool sources. 9B3 was added 6 months ago but python was built in Jan 2023. I guess packages other than python are also affected.

Any chance you can rebuild?

P.S. I would rebuild python myself but this means installing full tool chain ...

Should we expect usbnet compiled for hard floats any time soon for Kindle?
I would like to test KOReader hf, but without usbnet it feels like I don’t have hands
