DeDRM 10.0.3 does seem to be working on Mac. Just tested opening some books and importing a couple of books and no problems so far.

The icon is behaving strangely on MacOS 12.4, M1 chip. I have it pinned to my toolbar. When is is not open, I see the colorful "four books" icon. When I tap to launch it, it immediately switches to a simple light grey Greek temple. On quit, it reverts to the four books. I have restarted my computer, to no avail.

You are absolutely right and I erred. Can I blame it on this absolutely awful heat wave in France that is frying my brain as I try to survive in a camper. I am obviously not doing anything well in this heat. It is predicted to be back in the 40s or 110°F this week. Just terrible.

Doing this is also a good way of getting familiar with how to move an application window back onto the screen using the arrow keys. |

In a similar vein, what's this for.

I think its contents are updated by the viewer. FTR: my configuration folder is at the location referenced by CALIBRE_CONFIG_DIRECTORY BR |

I 'had' a lot of additional icons (e.g. mimetypes) and icon overrides in my <configuration>/resources/images folder - when I start calibre 6 they get removed. My configuration folder is at the location referenced by CALIBRE_CONFIG_DIRECTORY configuration - which normally has a value of C:\_AppData\Calibre\Config_64bit

The attached image shows what I 'have' there after starting calibre 6 (nothing), alongside what I 'had' there from my backup device. If I close calibre 6, then restore the images folder contents from backup, and then start calibre 6 I see the C:\_AppData\Calibre\Config_64bit\resources\images folder gets emptied just before the book list appears. Here the debug log Spoiler:

When I am attempting to add a link to a author via the Manage option [Preview Window - right click Author - select Manage - edit link field] Calibre crashes out when OK is selected after editing. No BSOD, no warning, no error message, just closes completely and instantly.
