Potentially, I'm not sure. I had a friend who couldn't see them at all. I know I can see red ones, but I bet the color is brighter than the green.

As a pigment, generally green and red are the same when defined in grey scale . not too sure about light, though.

Presumably you view traffic lights in terms of the position of these colours...

I can see the red in a traffic light, but can hardly see the green (most times, depends on the kind of light).
