Show Category in Tag Browser

I know I must be missing something simple, but...

A while back, I decided I didn't want my 'Shelf' category to show in the tag browser. Now, for various reasons, I do. However, when I right click in the tag browser, there is no option to show a single category, only ALL categories. Under the 'Alter Tag Browser' there is nothing for this either. Nothing under Preferences: Look and Feel either.

Show Category ==> flyout list of currently-hidden categories

It is the second element, under Hide Category ___this-category___.

That actually makes no sense at all. To me at least. Why would I right-click on a category that's already there, to have it show a category that isn't?

Also, clicking in the white space has the option to 'Show all categories' but not an option to show a particular category? There's probably a very good reason, though, even if I can't think of it

Well, at least I have it now.

I've never thought about that....

Usually, I click on an existing category simply because it takes up all the space (because I usually have at least one category expanded). I've never thought to see what the right-click menu looks like on that sliver of extra space.

I only have my tag browser showing when I need it for something, so all categories are generally closed. Well, I have it now, and the next time I need it in six months (I hardly ever change anything in there, but you never know), I'll have this to search for to remind me!
