CC testing prerelease V3.3.5d
To help debug some problems I made an out-of-band CC release: V3.3.5d. I decided to make it available to the prerelease group in case some of you might benefit or might want to play.

Changes from V3.3.5:
  • Fix content server "download all" when the calibre content server is using URL prefixes.
  • Add the free version of moon+ to the list of readers to query for an extension-based view, specifically for CHM but it might affect other extensions like CBZ etc.
  • Use correct font size on the word "Groups" in the grouping pane
  • Refactor reader app selection to deal with multi-case android package names.
  • Change "find reader app" broadcasts to use a simple dummy filename to avoid Android path name bugs such as multiple dots in the name breaking file matching. Also might avoid some SD card issues, but I am not sure.
  • Add the mimetype for chm, permitting use of CHM reader apps that require CC to use it.
  • Much more comprehensive logging when searching for reader apps.
There is no database upgrade.

@jackie_w: this is newer than the one you tested but it contains no new functionality (or at least shouldn't ).

Nope, although I probably should have. This release was somewhat "unplanned" and I didn't go through the list to see what else I should put into it.
