"Freedom" fries were the invention of the misguided. Only true french fries should be eaten (and only with ketchup or catsup, please) in reverence to that great French Fry in the sky who brings forth to us the bountiful stuff of all things yummy. Liseuseless is another matter entirely. I would be more likely to use the term if I could both spell and pronounce it correctly. Until then, I will continue to use the term digitalwordbucketanddisplaything - DWBADT. |

Great French Fry in the Sky? So do I need to appeal to Jean Luc Picard in order to get some flavor back into fries? The non-fat, non-cholesterol etc stuff they fry them in now leaves them completely flavorless. I can picture the decision-making meeting: Picard (Great French Fry in the Sky): Number 1, your tunic is getting tight. Toady Riker: Why yes Captain, anything you say Captain, to heck with the Prime Directive again. Picard: As of right now, I'm ordering the replicators to take away all of the good grease and fry potatoes in nothing but olestra. Toady Riker: Brilliant Captain, now I see why you are the Captain. I'll be fit and rubbing my furry face all over female aliens again in no time, thanks to your brilliance. And I know that you only break the Prime Directive in every third show because you are smarter and stronger than the rest of us. Picard: That'll do pig, that'll do. |

. I didn't see it was under the "Sillilness" thread. Is this a hoax? I don't understand the logic here? Not that I'm complaining. It just doesn't make science why would we be getting a rebate for the film on the display technology that is even higher than the cost of the device itself? =X= Last edited by =X=; 10-28-2008 at 12:08 PM.
