OH! And another is known as Gladys. She worked the graveyard shift; I believe because she couldn't let the sun touch her. I assume she used valet to park her broom. Ah...so much evil in the world...she has many names. |

Ouch. Maybe I'm biased because I'm American (and in the navy) but I'd say much of Bush's policies I disagree with are the result of poor judgment, not evil. I don't think we've ever had an evil president, just misguided. I mean, evil? Really? I wouldn't call any of Britain's prime ministers evil no matter how much I disagreed with their policies. You know, road to hell paved with good intentions and all that.

I can agree to that. We'll save Mr. Bush for the Stupid Incarnate thread. He'll go with Luddites, television executives, and Britney Spears.

I just found out that the bad of Hershey Kisses that I recently purchased does indeed have cocoa butter. So I do not have to return them to the store they came from.

Wait wait! You guys, I just remembered something! OK, I was thinking to myself, "Self, you never met a chocolate on 3 continents that you didn't like." Then I remembered the 7th horseman:

Sugar-Free Hershey Bars. And that better be a fast horse, because "excessive consumption may have a laxative effect." I wish they made sugar free things that didn't give you the scoots. Oh my gosh! We made it this far in the discussion and no one mentioned "Amazon" as the evil of all evil. Yay! Now if this would have been asked right when the Kindle got released....

As for my pick of pure evil, it's gotta be the person who decided that a regular "ring" sound for a ringtone on cellphones wasn't good enough. I hear the most ridiculous ringtones every time I go somewhere. Nothing like some 50-something boomer standing in line and suddenly "livin' la vida loca" starts blairing out of his phone as he scrambles to answer it. I really do think that before anyone picks their ringtone, they should picture how it sounds when it goes off and you are in a quiet store without anyone you know around... |
