			We'll use some analogies, but it is hard to predict what analogies might be meaningful in the future. Those you suggest depend on people having significant knowledge about the inside of a computer. That might be true, or it might not. Personally, I think people that over time, people will have less knowledge of the inside of the computer, as it becomes less accessible. Much of our technology we just use. Consider TVs, when TVs were full of tubes, many people could open them up and repair them. A modern HDTV is much harder to fix, you can't just do down to Radio Shack.

			Exactly: It depends too much upon the vagaries of culture.  All idioms are like that.  Predicting them is too much work; just let culture and posterity figure it out, and use it if you like.
