still downloading.... getting anxious

hope so! at times like these, the lack of a progress indicator on update downloads is indeed frustrating!

as I am certain the world is waiting to know the progress of MY upgrade... ahem ahem It took about 15min to D/L over my home wifi and just started the install

WOW! Love the YouTube app. The filmstrip-as-navigation element is cool. Trying to pair/connect my Motorola S9 bluetooth headset...

You can change the quality by pressing Menu, then Quality.

happy to hear the camera is 3MP. that should be plenty for an on-the-go document scanning option, although I am sure positioning it the right way to take a picture of a piece of paper might take a lot of practice (or maybe a special accessory) !

the front facing video I'm very much hoping can be used for video chat with Skype some day.

The improvement in finger scrolling on the LCD panel is pretty dramatic.

I'm downloading now! (I think, as there is no progress indicator...) I await with eager anticipation and shortness of breath.

The camera seems to be 1.3mp (at the best), but they use interpolation to make 3mp picture from 1mp camera.

tips: allways look for cam's video resolution at 30FPS -- it's the main indicator of true cam resolution.

I had a similar experience borisb. I think saving and marking up is the current capability we have. I am hoping this is a step toward browsing on the e-ink side.
I remember when I got my Sony reader saying I wish I could browse on the e-ink screen (without flash video, etc). I think many people would be interested in this.

ESFile Explorer *is* the new file manager app. I didn't have it installed and now here it is. I imagine that it's interaction with your previous installation is causing the crash.

Loving new predictive dictionary and touch responsiveness.

An editorial note: The new icon shortcut for the help videos is great, but I clicked on it thinking it was offering help with consuming videos. A better name for that icon might be "Tutorials," along with the clapboard with a question mark on it.
