Hi from sunny Florida
Well, it's getting up into the high 90's here, already, so I guess my purchase of a new Kindle 3 will come in handy as I hunker down in the air conditioning this summer. Just ran across this forum and think it will be great. I just tried my hand at a recipe for the Daytona Beach News Journal and guess what? It actually works!!! My recipe probably looks like that of a new user but I does do the trick. I have set up my laptop for retrieving news and comics during the night and then going back to sleep. All of this is way cool and I'm looking forward to learning so much more from members on this forum.

The "Conch Republic" is not a part of Florida nor even the U.S.A.!  So comparing temperatures of one nation to another isn't fair!!!!!But really, I guess it is your sea breezes that helps to keep temps down where you are. It WAS 95 degrees here on Wednesday and the outlook is for more of the same. Thank you for your welcome and I hope to see you around on the forum. Randy |
