I used to do that when I had passles of kids around all the time. as it is now, I buy freezer packs from the local butcher. we have a butcher shop that is over the top here, all local stuff (except for the exotic meat), all from small farms/ranches, certified organic, cheaper than at the super market. why would you buy anything else!?

The Loved One is making "vietnamese chargrilled eggplant with pork, peanuts and tofu" from the Spirit House Restaurant cook book. It's a new one, so we'll see how it goes. It looks delicious.
